Warranty

The materials used are fairly resilient, but they are not bullet proof. It is highly advised to keep your call on a lanyard to protect it from being dropped. Care should also be taken when taking the call apart for cleaning or tuning. It is advised to not let young children play with the call as they tend to be more rough with them and they also contain small parts that can be swallowed.

We warranty our calls for life, for manufacturers defects, such as a band or gutsert coming unglued, reed wearing out, etc.

We do not warranty calls for breakage from being dropped or improper disassembly. (Always twist calls as you separate the two parts.) If you do break your call, please contact us and we will help with a repair or replacement parts at a discounted rate.

If you lose part or all of the guts (toneboard, stopped, reed, o-ring) please let us know as we have replacements available.
