Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

Custom calls take typically 1-2 weeks to complete. The blank is cast, then cut and turned and polished. Band is then installed, guts are installed and tuned.

In stock calls are usually shipped within 48 hours. Typically we don’t glue bands on or install guts/tune calls, until they are sold. This is in case someone asks for a different colored band, and we tune all calls again before they ship anyways. This process takes one day for the bands glue to set and calls are shipped the next business day.

Tracking will be automatically emailed to the email address used when ordering.

Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of any damage or missing calls or parts during shipping.

Our system automatically ships to the SHIPPING address you enter when checking out, no matter if it is USPS verified or not. Please take care when entering your shipping address. WE are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If a call is un-deliverable and comes back to us, we will gladly re-ship it to you at your expense.

Insurance

All orders are shipped with insurance. In case of loss or damage, please contact us and we will handle the claim for you. We will try and work out a fair solution for both of us, such as selling you another call, and refunding the first once insurance pays out. It is all determined by the loss. Calls that come in damaged, are tougher to get insurance paid on.

For international orders, we will help with a claim if the call is lost or damaged, but once it leaves the US, it becomes buyers liability. Although rare, we have had packages opened and lost by customs or held in customs for months on end. THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT OR OUR RESPONSIBILITY. Please take this into consideration before ordering.

Returns

We accept returns on in stock calls that are new and unused.

We do not accept returns on custom ordered calls. If you are unhappy with your call please contact us and we will try and work out an amicable solution.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance for the return trip.
